An orchestra formed especially for a dream-like collaborative exchange between Australia and Japan's popular musicians, overcoming barriers of language and culture, The Jazz Orchestra JAJO will catalyse and contribute to deepening the Australia-Japan relationship, in stimulating new jazz possibilities.

After making their debut in Japan in March this year, JAJO are set to woo Tokyo audiences in August and September 2006 with their exciting and smooth jazz tones. Musicians from the Australian 'Arrange Ad-lib Group' will join JAJO on the Tokyo Jazz Marunouchi circuit. They will then visit several venues in Australia.
